I walked up to order and the Woman was on the phone at the cash register, She decided to take my order while talking on the phone and very rudely asked me why I wasn’t ordering. I explained because she was on the phone and I wanted to wait until she was done. She proceeded to take my order while still talking on the phone. I ordered a classic açai bowl. She handed it to me, and I asked where the spoons were which also annoyed her because she was still on the phone. I said thank you and proceeded to attempt to eat The açai bowl and notice that it is completely frozen solid and you can’t even get a spoon into it. So I brought it back and explained that it was still frozen, and I wasn’t able to eat it. Then she told me, “it’s not ice cream” . I told her several times that I order açai bowls all the time and I’m very aware that it’s not ice cream and I wasn’t looking for ice cream. All the fruit on top was also frozen solid like it had been made a couple days before and put in the freezer overnight. She said, “what do you want me to do about it?”. I explained that I didn’t realize it would be frozen and not made fresh and that I’d like to return it and get a refund. She ripped the bowl

Everything we ordered was great and it can be customized too. Plus there are sauces than can be added. And the service was really friendly and helpful.

Haven’t had Maoz since I was in college and it’s just as good as I remembered. Super filling and satisfying! Once you order they’ll go down their salad bar with all the options you can have added and then you top with a sauce of your choosing. Love the green chili sauce and cilantro. Only dinged them for some of the atmosphere because it’s in a mall food court, not their fault but not the best environment.

Thank you Maoz for being the best!! I ordered on Uber Eats and unfortunately the sauce was left behind, so they sent it to me along with extra snacks and a super nice note. Always taking extra care on every order. The hummus bowl is always delicious, highly recommend the falafel with tomato onion sauce! The best!!

The amazing falafel sample drew me in to try this place. The hummus bowl came with falafel and all the salad bar toppings that I wanted. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. There are also salads, sandwiches and bowls available.
